Too Faced Shadow Insurance Candlelight – Review

candelight Too Faced Shadow Insurance Candlelight Review
A while ago I purchased Too Faced’s Shadow Insurance Candlelight from Sephora.com. I wanted to see how well this would compare to my holy grail, Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

Does it live up to its claims?
The color, as you can tell from the swatches, is truly a shimmering gold shade. This works equally as well as TFSI does for me. It’s just as fantastic as the original. You can see how it looks with various shades of shadow.

lit eye Too Faced Shadow Insurance Candlelight ReviewCandlelight was used as the basis for this look, with UD’s shadow pencil in Lit with Too Faced Sexpresso to deepen the outer corner & MAC Blanc Type to highlight.
evil eye Too Faced Shadow Insurance Candlelight ReviewCandlelight was used here with Fyrinnae Chaotic Evil on the inner 3/4 of the lid, Fyrinnae Sugar Skulls on the outer 1/4 of lid blended inwards and the crease.
Would I purchase again?
Yes, I probably would. This primer lives up to all of its claims, and I love this almost as much as I love the original TFSI. It’s especially nice when I want to warm up a look. I think if you’re a gold lover and a TFSI lover, you’ll definitely love this primer.
Have you tried Too Faced Shadow Insurance Candlelight? If so, did you like it?
Product purchased by me. All opinions are my own.
